Does anyone here play championship manager???

In Slovenia is a very popular game.
I've played it with Dinamo (5 times), Barcelona (3 times), PSG (4 times), Roma (2 times), Lens (2 times), Hertha (2 times), Schalke, Arsenal, Mallorca, Inter, ...
I don't remember rest of the clubs.
I've won champions league (with Barcelona), UEFA cup (with Dinamo),
European super cup (with Dinamo) and many domestic championships.
I've never managed to play with Polonia

ehem - why didn't You try to play with Olimpija? not there?

my friend won the champions league with Polonia twice - I usually play with Olympique Marseille, Milan or Parma - tried Polonia though - I got to the UEFA semifinals - Arkadiusz Bąk of Polonia was a great player in CM 3 or was it 2001/2002?

but now I don't play CM anymore - I don't like the new versions - I play hattrick at hattrick.org -:)

I don't like new versions too. I play 2000/01.
I think it's very hard to play french league. I've won it only once with PSG.

I'm a fan of PSG. Vahid Halilhođić is for me the best manager in France at the moment.
The user name can tell you who is my favourite player from PSG.

Pauleta, M'Bami, Heinze, Dehu, Alonso, Bošković, Ljuboja, Mendy, Cana and Fiorese were great this season.
I like their ultras too (tigris mystic are my favourite ultras in France).
Which team do you support in France ???

as far as I know the ultras of PSG are called 'supras' in order to be different from the OM fans

I of course support the best team in France which is OLYMPIQUE DE MARSEILLE

I dont like PSG - St.etienne, ok, Nantes ok, I have a sentiment for Sedan and Havre because I have friends in Normandy who support them, I also respect Bordeaux.

I play a lot in English League as no one is done as perfect as it is. Of course I'm talking about CM 01/02 3.68 patch. Few weeks ago ,I've updated this version, if anyone is interested in downloading it-join our hub on Direct Connect.
From almost 2 years i'm playing CM 01/02 online with my mates. Its nothing more fascinating than losing/winning in derby game against eachother.
Of course ,anyone is welcome-if someone is interested in CM Online,contact me please - I could create the game.

I played and I won everything with R.Zaragoza.

I won Uefa Cup with Polonia as well. In my last Polonia´s team I had players like Tijani Babangida, Dudek, Hajto, Munitis, Zurawski...

I used to play a lot CM 97/98. It was much easier.
Fiorentina: first season - I won Italy Cup, second - I won cup winers cup, third - I won cup winer cup and Italian Championship, and then I won Champions League 12 times in a row and last 6 seasons I won everything what was possible (certainly not every game).
With Rochdale - I won Division 3 (first season), I won Division 2 (second season), I was promoted from 4th place to Premiership after play-offs, I won Premership 5 times, and Champions league 4 times. Everything durin 10 years from start of game.
Tha same with Leyton Orient.
Certainly, before it, I lost so many times...
Besides I won lot of "aguardiente", so I love this game. I used to, because it's love, which will never back.
Now I've got no time, so I threw CM up.

I ussualy support the teams from capitol so I support PSG. I don't like the teams from provinces. I like Lens too, because I know someone from Lens, but I ussualy support the teams from capitol. (Schalke and Barcelona are exeptions).

I think that your afirmation is very sad. R.Zaragoza, OM, Cracovia Krakow, Arka Gdynia, Sporting Gijon... Are great teams, there are my team and my friend´s teams. I can tell you that ususally you can find more bastards in Real Madrid or Barcelona that in other teams. If you don´t like us, just don´t say anything. It´s better for this forum don´t have any problems or polemics between diferent supporters.

I think I was too harsh with that. I don't support them, but I don't hate them either.
I simpathize Lens, Schalke, Barcelona, Mura (my dad played for Mura, the richest club in Slovenia), Valencia, Forest Green, PSV, ...

I have two questions here:

1. Which formation do you prefer? I play 4-3-1-2 or 4-1-2-1-2. I sometimes play 4-4-2 or 5-3-2.

2. Which players do you ussually buy? I often buy Ian Stonebridge, Cherno Samba, Marco Materazzi, Derek Boateg, Zdenek Grygera, Julien Sable, Samba Sow, Mihael Mikić, Branko Bošković, Zdenko Muff, Zlatan Ibrahimović, Jonas Lunden, Phillipe Mexes and Niko Kranjčar.
